• Technical data: device type, app version, log data, and basic usage analytics.

• To provide and operate the Service (manage deliveries, billing, and payments).
• To authenticate you via one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
• To process subscription payments and send transactional messages.
• To provide support, improve the product, and ensure security.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service (e.g., payment gateway, SMS/OTP provider, cloud hosting and storage), bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Customer delivery links

When you share a customer’s delivery-tracking link, it shows only that customer’s delivery calendar and totals. It never exposes phone numbers, addresses, or outstanding balances, and access requires the unguessable link.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your data after a short grace period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure credential storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

7. Your rights
