1. The Service

DudhHisab provides software that helps milk vendors manage delivery rounds, customers, billing, and payments. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account, your mobile number/OTP, and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Plan pricing and duration are shown before purchase.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). By subscribing, you authorise the applicable charge.
• Subscriptions provide access for the stated duration. Renewals extend your access from the current expiry date.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or that you are not authorised to share.

5. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the business data you enter (customers, deliveries, bills). You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks (including “DudhHisab”), is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or to address security issues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DudhHisab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for legal/security reasons.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
