Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for DudhHisab subscription payments.

1. Subscriptions

DudhHisab is offered as a prepaid subscription for a fixed duration (for example, monthly, quarterly, or annual). Your subscription gives you access to the Service for the period you paid for.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by choosing not to renew. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless stated below.

3. Refunds

  • Duplicate or failed charges: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or charged without receiving access, we will refund the extra/erroneous amount in full.
  • Within 7 days: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of a new subscription payment, provided the Service has not been substantially used. Approved refunds are for the most recent payment only.
  • After 7 days: payments are generally non-refundable for the remainder of the current period, except where required by law.
  • Free trials and promotional credits are not refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@dudhhisab.com from your registered contact, with your business name, registered mobile number, and the payment reference. You can also reach us via the Contact page.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
